• Resume and cover letter creation tools with AI assistance
• Four template categories: Minimal (₹4), Classic (₹9), Modern (₹14), Creative (₹19)
• One-time purchase with 24-hour download access (up to 10 downloads)
• Automatic data deletion within 6 days of creation

Important: We do not guarantee employment, job interviews, or any specific career outcomes as a result of using our services.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.3 Download Access

• Access Period: 24 hours from the time of payment
• Download Limit: Up to 10 downloads within the 24-hour period
• Expiration: After 24 hours, download access expires permanently

4.4 No Refunds

As per the terms of our payment gateway providers (Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchases. Please review your resume carefully before making payment.

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Automatic Data Deletion

All resume and cover letter data created using our Service is automatically deleted within 6 days of creation. We do not backup or permanently store your resume content beyond this period.

5.2 Data Usage During Active Period

During the 6-day period, your data is stored solely for the purpose of providing the Service, including:

• Enabling resume creation and editing
• Processing downloads within the 24-hour access period
• Providing technical support if needed

5.3 Privacy Policy

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the resume and cover letter content you create ("User Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to:

• Store and process your content for up to 6 days
• Generate PDF files for download
• Provide technical support related to your content

6.2 Our Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, software, and functionality of roshandigitalcv.site are owned by CVResume and protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our templates for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our Service
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our Service to create a competing product

6.3 Template License

Upon payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased template for your resume or cover letter. This license does not permit resale or redistribution of the template itself.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or offensive
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your credentials
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Use automated tools to scrape or access our Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent download limits or access period restrictions
• Engage in any activity that disrupts our Service

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access.

8. Service Limitations

8.1 Template Selection

Template selection is final at the time of payment. You cannot change or switch templates after purchase completion.

8.2 Download Window

The 24-hour download window begins immediately upon payment confirmation and cannot be extended, paused, or reset. Plan your downloads accordingly.

8.3 Download Limit

The maximum of 10 downloads within 24 hours is strictly enforced. After reaching this limit or after 24 hours (whichever comes first), you will not be able to download the document again.

8.4 Data Deletion

After 6 days from creation, your resume data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Download all necessary copies within the 24-hour access period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content
• Warranties that the Service will result in employment or job interviews
• Warranties regarding template suitability for specific industries

We do not guarantee that our Service will meet your specific requirements or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CVRESUME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from inability to use the Service
• Damages arising from automatic data deletion
• Damages from expired download access
• Employment outcomes or job search results

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question, or ₹100, whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CVResume, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit through the Service
• Any false or misleading information in your resume

12. Third-Party Services

12.1 Payment Gateways

We use third-party payment processors (Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm). Your transactions are subject to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for:

• Payment processing issues
• Payment gateway downtimes
• Refund policies (governed by payment gateway terms)
• Transaction failures or delays

12.2 No Responsibility for Third Parties

We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services linked to or referenced by our Service.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
